The fellowship is offered by The United States-India Educational Foundation (USIEF). The fellowship offers round-trip economy class air travel between India and the U.S, a monthly stipend, accident and sickness benefit, settling-in allowance, and a professional allowance.

Duration: Eight to twelve months

Eligibility: A PhD within the last four years, significant number of publications in the domain, Employer's Endorsement Form if employed.
